Several health conditions are lifestyle related. While we do not intend to substitute professional medical care, our modalities can work alongside to help in healing, and developing the right mental makeup, belief systems and habits. For example overcoming procrastination, building the ability to listen to your body, habits of eating healthy, meditating and exercising can all support good health. You will also appreciate the effect one area of your life has on the others and the importance of a holistic approach to a balanced life.
