Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work
At MGZ we are committed to help organizations build healthy and safe work places. Our initiative on PoSH is one such step. Compliance with the provisions of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is mandatory by law and non-compliance could entail penal liability.
We have three service offerings in this area:
1) Consulting: From forming an Internal Committee to establishment of processes and providing an Expert as an external member on your committee, our consulting service has you covered.
2) Online training: We have created easy to learn, scenario based video modules that your employees can go through in lean work hours and become aware of their rights and responsibilities with respect to Sexual Harassment at Work. It is also a very useful onboarding tool. It costs a fraction of the cost of conducting classroom trainings.
3) Training for IC members: This one day training is for members of Internal Committees. It is designed to help them follow the statutory guidelines and conduct investigations in case of complaints. The module also covers coaching and counseling techniques so that the members are able to address the human element and subjectivity of the experience of the complainant and the respondent. This module is designed so that the employees go back without ill feelings and become a part of a healthy work environment. A must attend for ever Internal Committee Member
